Production time

It varies based on whether the item is an in-stock product or a custom product. In-Stock products are unprinted items that we keep as inventory in our warehouse and require a 1-5 business day lead time (not include delivery time).  Custom and printed products are on-demand items manufactured according to specific instructions and requiring a minimum production time of 15-45 business days (not include delivery time) after proof approval

All shipments leave the factory in good condition after inspection. However, factory production involves manual process, especially for cut and sewn products.  Therefore please allow an reasonable discrepancies rate in the order.
